Kohima, January 21 (MExN): Nagaland state will join the nationwide observation of 11th National Voters’ Day 2021 on January 25 at 11:00 am at Capital Convention Centre, Kohima.
J. Alam, Chief secretary Nagaland will grace the occasion as the chief guest.
Abhijit Sinha, Chief Electoral Officer, Nagaland will led the presentation of EPICS & NVD badges to new voters.
Ruokuovituo Khezhie, Joint Chief Electoral Officer, Nagaland will present the message of Chief Election Commissioner.
There will be presentation of awards in respect of State level- Best Booth Level Officer and Best Campus Ambassador and District Level- Kohima district. Welcome address will be delivered by Gregory Thejawelie, Deputy Commissioner Kohima and District Election Officer, Kohima.
The Chief Secretary will release a production on “A glimpses of Systematic Voters Education & Electoral Participation (SVEEP) activities in Nagaland.”
