Phek, April 18 (MExN): In regard to the rejoinder issued by Vevotso Medeo, President of Lok Janshakti Party (RV) Phek District, the President of NDPP 18th Chozuba AC, Vevohu Epao has expressed shock that the LJP (RV) under Chozuba Constituency, instead of admitting their misdeeds has blatantly denied they were never invited to any election related activities neither in the constituency nor in the district level.
The NDPP 18th Chozuba AC President in a press release claimed that “all the necessary information received from the PDA State Election Committee and District/Constituency Election committees including the tour schedules of the State Campaign Program, District and Constituency programs were forwarded to Dr Chotisuh Sazo which we have all the records including his statements made to the PDA Official candidate and his party workers if required to prove.”
It also expressed shock, “how Vevotso Medeo suddenly got appointment as the district president of LJP (RV)” when General Secretary of LJP (RV) of 20th Meluri A/c has specifically stated that there is no district office bearers as they have join the party just before the general election 2024 in the presence of all the Phek District Legislators and the Election Committee in the meeting at Hotel Japfu on April 3, 2024.
It requested Vevotso Medeo “to prove his claim that Kudecho Khamo is campaigning for other candidate.” Instead of making baseless and irresponsible accusation, he is also requested to make his party stand clear as Dr Chotisuh Sazo fails to declare his support till today, Epao added.
Further, the NDPP Chozuba AC has said it welcomes “all the LJP (RV) including former Speaker Dr Chotisuh Sazo, if sincerely declares their official stand and extends support to the PDA official candidate.”
