The Nationalist Democratic Progressive Party (NDPP) Tuensang Region held a coordination meeting with Dr Kekhrielhoulie Yhome, Advisor, School Education & SCERT at CKS Hall Tuensang on September 1. Dr Kekhrielhoulie Yhome is the legislator incharge of NDPP Tuensang region.
Addressing the party leaders, Dr Yhome called upon the party leaders and workers to uphold the spirit of unity and make no room for any differences within the party. He told the party men and women to stand by party’s ideology and principle and walk together on the same route.
Dr Yhome also stressed on the need to chalk out a programme by all party leaders to reach out to grassroot, especially connecting senior citizens to various welfare schemes being extended by the government.
NDPP Central Youth Organization President, Imchatoba Imchen exuded confidence that the NDPP Tuensang region will go forward under the guidance of Dr Yhome. NDPP Kohima region working President, Keduolhoulie Huozha called upon the party leaders and workers to work hard and strengthen the party. Apula Chang, Vice President, NDPP Central Women Organization, Imtichoba Chang, president Youth Organization Tuensang Region also spoke at the meeting.
H Hanchu Chang, President 53 A/C Tuensang Sadar-1 spoke on behalf of four constituency under Tuensang region. Kelhouneizo Yhome, General Secretary CEB NDPP also attended the meeting.
The programme was chaired by Shilo Stm, Vice President, CEB NDPP while N. Naong, president Women Organization, Tuensang region invoked God’s blessings. H Wongto Chang, President, NDPP Tuensang Region delivered welcome address while welcome address was delivered by Tsikasaie Sangtam, Advisor, NDPP Tuensang region.
