Dimapur, August 30 (MExN): The Deputy Director-cum-Commission Secretary, Nagaland Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC), Kohima, P Sani brings to the notice of all concerned that, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section 1(e) of Section 86 of the Electricity Act, 2003 and all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the NERC, Kohima has published the following regulations for cogeneration and generation of electricity from renewable energy sources in the State of Nagaland: Nagaland Electricity Regulatory Commission (Renewable Purchase Obligation and its Compliance) Regulations, 2011 dated Kohima the 29th August, 2011 and Nagaland Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Generation Tariff for Renewable Energy) Regulations, 2011 dated 30th August, 2011.The Regulations can be seen in the NERC website: www.nerc.org.in.
