DIMAPUR, JULY 14 (MExN): The Government of Nagaland, Department of Personnel & Administrative Reforms has issued a notification on July 14, 2011 announcing a major transfer and positing of IAS/NCS/NSS officers with immediate effect. Among the list includes new Deputy Commissioners for Dimapur—Smti N. Hushili Sema, IAS; Mon—Smti Angau I Thou; Tuensang—Mhabemo Yanthan and Kiphire—Murohu Chutso. Besides this a major shakeup has been affected in the State bureaucracy. The following is the detail list of the notification order:
1. Smti. Meilemla Pongener, IAS, Secretary, Land Revenue/ Home may be transferred and posted as Secretary, Women Development Department. She shall hold addl. charge of Secretary, Home.
2. Smti. N. Hushili Sema, IAS, Secretary Women Development Department may be transferred and posted as DC, Dimapur.
3. Shri. Dinesh Kumar, IAS,DC, Mon may be transferred and posted as Commissioner of Taxes.
4. Shri. Y.L. Jami, IAS, DC, Tuensang may be transferred and posted as Secretary, Land Revenue Department.
5. Shri. Motsuthung Patton, IAS, Commissioner of Taxes & Excise, may be transferred and posted as Secretary, Land Resources Department.
6. Smti. Angau.I.Thou, NCS, Secretary, Vigilance Commission may be transferred and posted as DC, Mon.
7. Shri .C.M.T sanglao, NCS, Deputy Commissioner, Kiphire may be transferred and posted as Secretary, Power Department.
8. Smti. Dellirose M Sakhrie, Secretary NPSC, may be transferred and posted as Addl. Secretary, Social Welfare Department.
9. Shri. Maongwati Aier, NCS, DC, Dimapur may be transferred and posted as Commissioner, Excise.
10. Shri. L. Akato Sema, ADC, Aghunato, on promotion may be transferred and posted as Joint Secretary, DUDA.
11. Shri. Tridibesh Roy, NCS, ADC, Zunheboto, on promotion may be transferred and posted as Joint Secretary, Youth Resource & Sports.

According to the notification issued by the Chief Secretary, the officers should move after completion of the EPIC and be in position latest by 31st July 2011. Joining time may be availed at a later date, as per existing rules.
