Officials along with the 20-member squad for the upcoming Dr T Ao Junior Girls National Football Championship.
Kohima, September 13 (MExN): The Nagaland Football Association (NFA), affiliated to the All India Football Federation (AIFF) and Nagaland Olympic Association (NOA), has announced its 20-member squad and team officials for the upcoming Dr T Ao Junior Girls National Football Championship to be held at Narayanpur, Chhattisgarh, from September 18 to 26. The Nagaland team will leave for the championship on September 15.
The squad comprises two goalkeepers, seven defenders, five midfielders, four forwards and two strikers.
The selected players are Kuluselu and Joyce Tap (goalkeepers); Neiphal Khongsai, Shiloh Semenuo Zao, Haisieyile Ngame, Agamkala, Pauchulung Nbung, Kinbunle and Kewizaisilie (defenders); Sangki N, Chongneiting Singson, Rukukholu Shijoh, Ilungle Newme and Charakungliu (midfielders); Kano, Saneniela, Imjungbenla Walling and Lhaichanhoi Haokip (forwards); and Lungthauilu Gangmei and Kaguilu (strikers).
Neithovilie Chalieu has been named head coach, with Diethozolie Sechü as assistant coach. Dr Bongfila L Monzar is the team manager, while Dr Lhingkhongah will serve as physiotherapist.
