DIMAPUR, AUGUST 3 (MExN): The Working Committee (WC) NNPGs today stated that considering the negotiations between the GoI and WC which aare inching towards an honorable and acceptable conclusion, it advised “those few misguided NNC (Parent Body) members to be aware of the ground reality instead of indulging in accusations and internal bickering.”
“Solution to the Indo-Naga problem is a paramount desire of all Nagas and WC cannot wait for self serving leaders,” a press note from the WC NNPGs media cell said.
It further clarified that the NNC(Parent Body) leadership, “by general approval of the Central Executive Council meeting, President Z Royim Yimchunger endorsed Toshi Walling CEC member as Co-Convener, Working Committee in the ongoing political dialogue with GoI.”
As per the endorsement letter which is with the WC Convener, Toshi Walling is the Co-convener representing NNC (Parent Body) in the political negotiations with GoI. This is the official stand of the WC, NNPGs, it added.
