NOC issued for educational institutions revoked 

Kohima, February 5 (MExN): The Directorate of School Education (DoSE), Nagaland, in pursuance of Government notification informed that all No Objection Certificates (NOC) issued upto September 14, 2020 for establishment of educational institutions for the purpose of Section 10 of National Commission for Minority Educational Institutions Act 2004 and the Minority Status granted to educational institutions for the purpose of Section12B of the said Act are revoked with immediate effect.

A notification from the DoSE issued through the IPR stated that those educational institutions established and administered by a member/members from the religious minority communities- Muslim, Sikh, Buddhist, Parsee and Jain in the State of Nagaland and fulfilling the eligibility criteria as prescribed by the National Commission for Minority Educational Institutions may apply for No Objection Certificate/Minority Status in the prescribed format available at the Directorate of School Education, Nagaland, Kohima.

DoSE to broadcast video lessons

Meanwhile, in another notice the DoSE, Nagaland has notified for the information of all concerned that the department will be broadcasting important video lessons for the benefit of students appearing for the forth coming HSLC, HSSLC and Class XI promotion examinations on daily basis through the DIKSHA platform with effect from February 8. 

The links for the video lessons will be notified through the Online Education Portal https://dosenl.in and Department’s Facebook Page everyday at 6:00 am and will also be shared through the teacher’s APP.  The video lessons can be accessed 24x7 either by downloading the DIKSHA APP from Google Play Store or through a web browser. School authorities and teachers are requested to share the links with concerned students and assist them in the follow up studies.
