Noklak, June 21 (MExN): Driving etiquettes seminar, free helmets and safety stickers were given by Noklak Police at Noklak SP Office and Noklak Traffic Police point.
Enfield bloc bike riders Noklak, President and members of Drivers Union Noklak, Student Police Cadet, Noklak participated in the same, stated a press release received here.
Bike riders and drivers were informed about traffic rules, sections of Motor Vehicle’s act, documents to be carried by drivers, pollution norms, first aid hours, drunken driving and its consequences, no use of mobile phone while driving, use of seat belt, importance of helmet for rider and the pillion rider, over-speeding, over riding and other legal procedures.
The members of Student Police Cadet learnt the traffic rules and traffic police duties. They did distribution of the helmets and pasted safety stickers on vehicles along with Noklak police as ‘community policing initiative.’
