Kohima, December 10 (MExN): Shija Hospitals and Research Institute, Imphal, Manipur with National Health Mission (NHM), Nagaland is organizing its 24th Phase Non-operative Device Closure Camp for children under 18 years of age with Congenital Heart Diseases (CHD) on December 29. In this regard, Rashtriya Bal Swasthya Karyakram (RBSK), National Health Mission (NHM), Nagaland appeals parents with children with such problem to avail this opportunity, stated a press release issued by Mission Director, NHM, Nagaland.
All concern and willing patients (parent/guardian) are requested to personally submit the details of the child to the State RBSK section, NHM, Directorate of Health & Family Welfare or mail it to rbsknagaland@gmail.com on or before December 20 for registration at Shija Hospital Imphal.
Concern patient party willing to go for treatment may avail the RBSK Referral Card from the district RBSK Mobile Health Teams at the Chief Medical Officer’s office in their respective district during working days. For any queries contact- 9856513365 during office hours.
