NPF Tseminyu organises medical camp

Kohima, August 1 (MExN): The NPF Tseminyu division has successfully organised a three day medical camp from July 26 to 28 last, which covered the most remote and malaria prone zones within the constituency. The objective of the camp was to provide medical facilities to the people who have the least avenues and amenities to tackle with minimal health care during the peak of the seasonal outbreak of various diseases particularly malaria. The medical camp covered six villages – Logwensunyu, Tsosinyu, Sendenyu New, Rumensinyu, Ehunu and Yikhanu. 800 patients were treated and availed free medical check up and medicines with much appreciation for such medical exercise. This was stated in a release issued by Tseminyu NPF Division press secretary Hyunilo Khing.
