Dimapur, October 3 (MExN): The Nagaland Police Retired Officers Association (NPROA) elected its new office bearers for the tenure 2019-2022 during its 5th General Conference 2019 at Rhododendron Conference Hall, Central Police Officers’ Mess, Police Complex, Chümoukedima.
The team includes the following: President-I Bendang Ao, NPS (Retd SP), Vice President-Agwanye Seb, NPS (Retd Addl SP), Imsusungit Ao, NPS (Retd Dy Comdt), L Kakuto Sema, NPS (Retd Asst Comdt), General Secretary - T Chaya, NPS (Retd Dy SP), Joint Secretary - Nlumo Lotha (Retd Insp), Treasurer- L. Angami, NPS (Retd Sr SP), Information Secretary- Nrilo Himb, NPS (Retd Dy Comdt) and all former office bearers as executive members.
The NPROA has also informed its members that after thorough deliberation the Executive Committee Board has decided to postpone the general conference 2020 due to unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic.
Further, it informed in a press release that information for the next general conference will be published through local dailies/contacted personally and the Association also advised all its members to strictly adhere guidelines issued by the state government and to stay safe.
