Longleng, December 12 (MExN): A rapid assessment for National Quality Assurance Standards (NQAS) was conducted at the District Hospital Longleng on December 11 and 12 by Dr Sukesh Trikha, an external assessor from the Ministry of National Health System Resource Centre (NHSRC).
According to a press release from the Media Officer, Dr. Sukesh Trikha evaluated the hospital's performance, identifying areas for improvement and providing suggestions to achieve NQAS certification. The assessment included feedback on operational gaps and recommendations for enhancing service delivery.
Dr. Trikha commended the hospital staff for their teamwork, highlighting the collaborative efforts between doctors, nurses, and other personnel. He also engaged with the staff to discuss strategies for addressing deficiencies and strengthening healthcare delivery.
