NRYO organises career guidance and felicitation prog

The New Reserve Youth Organization (NRYO) organised a career guidance and felicitation programme on May 22 at Police Drill Shed, New Reserve, Kohima. 

Resource person Advocate Ashipri Zho, President Guwahati High Court, Kohima Bench told the students present to attribute success from God. He emphasized that it was a crucial stage for the young students. Therefore, he impressed upon them to humble themselves at the juncture and called to keep the spirit of hardwork living saying there is no substitute for it in any profession concerned. 

The advocate also told them not to develop an attitude of arrogance or complain towards parents. Zho also maintained that every kind of achievement even if not at the first mark, should be taken in with contentment.  He enlightened them to ignite the spirit of will-power. 

Yanpvuo Kikon, IT Consultant and entrepreneur raised concerns in our Naga society and challenged the young people to come out of the bout of being complacent and lazy. 

Sharing his personal experiences and challenges from his education till today, he underscored that as an entrepreneur, one has to start small but persevere.

Lamenting that a huge chunk of shops in our areas are run by non-locals, he reminded that the nuances of doing business has to be formulated.

New Reserve Panchayat (NRP) general secretary Vikehiekho Kintso exhorted the gathering. 

Earlier the programme was hosted by Mhasekhoto Cürhah. Successful candidates of HSLC and HSSLC are felicitated.
