Dimapur, March 31 (MExN): The NSCN (IM) on Wednesday responded to the ‘declaration’ issued by the NSCN (R) with regard to the case of Khekato Kinnimi, the accused in the alleged murder of Major Toishe Yepthomi of the Naga Army and put on record that “Khekato is a criminal and fugitive.” “At no point of time we have given a ‘clean chit’ to Khekato,” the NSCN (IM) said in a statement issued through its MIP. It also noted the involvement of “unscrupulous persons (criminals)” and stated that it would leave no stone unturned to unearth the truth.
