Dimapur, December 30 (MExN): The New Tsadang Students' Union (NTSU) commemorated its golden jubilee on December 29 with the theme 'Striving for excellence" at New Tsadang Village, Tuensang.
Yangdipi Sangtam, Secretary NDPP (CEB) Nagaland, who the special guest of the event, emphasised the theme of striving for excellence and challenged the students' community to have a sheer determination to reach the goal and achieve their dreams come true.
Introspect and retrospect the vision of the pioneers who had sacrificed and nurtured the union thus far, he said, further noting that it is the duty of the students' fraternity to strive their best to realise pioneers' dreams and vision.
The celebration of the golden jubilee must be meaningful by excelling in our ways so that the fruits bear while celebrating the 75th anniversary of its existence, he added.
Yangdipi further wished a grand success of the golden jubilee and very best to all the participants and well-wishers.
Earlier, the jubilee monolith was inaugurated by Reverend Khingka, Pastor, New Tsadang Village.
