Kohima, November 2 (MExN): In view of the conduct of bye-election to the 14 Southern Angami- I (ST) Assembly Constituency, the ‘Odd-Even’ system for movement of vehicles has been relaxed for one day (November 3) under the jurisdiction of Kohima district. This was informed by District Election Officer and Deputy Commissioner Kohima, Mohammed Ali Shihab A on Monday.
