Dimapur, February 9 (MExN): The Chümoukedima Town Council (CTC) on Tuesday informed that it has adopted a resolution to declare Chümoukedima Town Area as an Open Defecation-Free (ODF+) area. In this regard,it has been notified that any person found defecating in the open within its jurisdiction would be penalized with a fine of Rs 100 for the first offence and Rs 200 for subsequent offence.
