The ZYON said that it is unthinkable of the father; the supposed to be keeper of the family is a threat to the child and the family.

“This beastly behavior, mental illness and deliberate crime is a threat to the society and it should be checked, treated and rewarded with highest possible punishment of the law, so that no such heinous crime occur in society,” it stated. “We appeal to the law enforcement agencies to rigorously investigate and deliver justice to the victim and punish the culprit that may deem fit under the law expeditiously. The JSU expressed that it stands united in the demand for justice and accountability. “We call for the swift and thorough investigation of this case, with all relevant laws applied to ensure that the accused faces the full consequences of his actions.

Expedited submission of the charge sheet is imperative, and we urge authorities to grant no bail to the accused, given the gravity of the offense,” JSU stated. Furthermore, it also emphasised the important of adhering strictly to the provisions of the POCSO Act to safeguard the rights of the victim and ensure a fair and expeditious trial.

The ZSUD said such acts of violence have no place in any civilized society, and they must be met with swift and decisive action.

“We urge the law enforcement agencies to expedite their investigation and ensure that those responsible for this reprehensible act are brought to justice without delay. Justice must be served for the victim, and the perpetrators must be held accountable for their actions,” ZSUD appealed.
