Dimapur, Aug 9 (MExN): The Committee on Public Accounts took “oral evidence” with departmental chiefs fro examination on the report of the Comptroller & Auditor General of India for the year 2002-2003. The departments, Industries & Commerce, School Education, Higher & Technical Education, SCERT, land Revenue, Planning & Coordination and Irrigation & Flood Control have been covered, a note from secretary Benjamin Newmai informed. The evidence with departmental representatives will continue till August 13 during which the Home department, Social Security & Welfare department, Works & Housing, Finance department, Veterinary & Animal Husbandry, Health & Family Welfare and Public Health Engineering would be covered.
