Kohima, June 13 (MExN): The office of the Principal Accountant General (A&E) Nagaland today informed all retired State Government officers/officials that pension cases and GPF Final Payment cases settled for the month of May 2023 have been uploaded on its website: www.cag.gov.in/ae/nagaland/en.
It further informed that “Grievances Redressal and Feedback Committee for Entitlement Functions” has been constituted. The committee comprised of - Joseph K A., Senior Accounts Officer, 9436216580; [email protected] (for pension related matters); Ashim Kumar Dey, Senior Accounts Officer, 9436434188, [email protected] (for Loan related matters); Arup Roy, Senior Accounts Officer, 9436601437,[email protected] (for Gazetted Entitlement related matters); Akum Chuba, Senior Accounts Officer, 9436005112, [email protected] (for GPF related matters); and Shaji K, Senior Accounts Officer, 8848574307 [email protected] ( for Gazetted Entitlement related matters).
Aggrieved Pensioners or Government officials facing genuine problems with regard to settlement of any entitlement benefits are further requested once again to write directly to Kahoto J Yepthomi, Senior Deputy Accountant General (A&E) via e-mail at [email protected] or [email protected] or through a handwritten letter.
All Heads of the Department are also requested to quote the employees Unique ID Numbers which is recorded in PIMS while forwarding applications for Pension, GPF Final payment and Leave encashment documents.
