Kohima, October 29 (MExN): The Deputy Commissioner and District Election Officer Kohima, Mohammed Ali Shihab A has informed that in pursuance of the instructions given by the Election Commission of India on September 17, postal ballots for the senior citizens, PwDs and COVID-19 positive persons were casted on October 28 and 29 for the Bye-Election to 14 Southern Angami-I (ST) AC. Polling teams along with security visited the electors at the address mentioned in their application Form 12D and facilitated the electors to cast their votes, a DIPR report stated.
