DIMAPUR, DECEMBER 12 (MExN): The Padum Pukhuri Village Council (PPVC) has allowed opening of shops that deal with bakery products and other perishable items till 12:00 noon on Sundays. A press release from the council stated that this decision was taken as requested by the business community. The PPVC meanwhile extended gratitude to the Business Association Padum Pukhuri and the VDB Women Cell for taking the initiative in putting up decoration in the village including illuminating the 2 km stretch of the NH-29 which falls under the village jurisdiction.
