Kohima, November 26 (MExN): As a drive towards capacity building by the department of higher education, Nagaland, an orientation on University Grants Commission Schemes was imparted to the principals of 36 secular colleges on November 24 in the Directorate Conference Hall in Kohima.
Dr. S C Ray, Deputy Secretary at UGC, North Eastern Regional Office Guwahati, attended the Orientation as the resource person. A M Toshi Jamir, Director for Higher Education, Kohima, in a press release informed that Commissioner and Secretary for HE, Directors, College Development Council, NU, and other officials also participated at the orientation programme.
