Art and handicrafts are synonyms to the culture of Nagaland. The local public has perfected the art of creating several products through available resources. By using products from the farms, fields, and forests, they make their own clothes, utensils, medicines, and objects which have ritualistic and aesthetic value. The handicrafts of Nagaland are designed in beautiful patterns which depict the tradition of the Nagas. The cane and bamboo artworks are the most famous in the region.
