The Phom Students’ Conference is deeply indebted to Joint Secretary Works and Housing, C. C. Nihekhu Sema, who as DC DC, Longleng, prior to his present posting, had served our people wholeheartedly.
His good works and concern for Longleng district will always be cherished with immense gratefulness. PSC, in a special way, acknowledges his contribution towards the welfare of the student’s community through his initiatives for betterment of students and invaluable advice to bring about quality and standard education. He not only encouraged to strive for excellence but also helped the conference financially toward its educational campaign.
As part of his effort to encourage the students towards competitive spirit amongst the student’s community the former DC instituted PSC Top Ten awards of Rs. 10,000.
The people of Longleng district are also grateful to him for serving us selflessly with dedication and great concern because of which he could solve various conflicts and problems confronting the district. We honestly comment CK Nihekhu as a seasoned administrator with immense skills and his gentleness has impressed us much for us to cherish.
The Phom Students Conference, on behalf of the denizens of Longleng wishes him good health and success and also urged him to carry on his good works. We also extend our heartiest welcome to the new deputy commissioner Z. Thele and also hope that he will strengthen the good works initiated by his predecessor and brighten the prospects of the much needed speedy progress of interior district like Longleng.
