PSU extends Pochury Day greetings

Meluri, April 20 (MExN): The Pochury Students' Union (PSU) has greeted the people on the occasion of Pochury Commemoration Day on April 21.

“On April  21,1990, Pochury was recognised as a full-fledged tribe. Today as we celebrate the 31st year, let us all remember and acknowledge our visionary leaders for their tireless efforts to make our tribe a reality,” PSU stated in a press release.

“It wasn't an easy journey yet they have toiled for us and we have all come thus far,” added the release issued by PSU’s President, Müphatho Nyuthe and Assembly Speaker, Jakob Thuu.

“As we venture together, let us all come in unison and walk hand in hand leaving behind all differences for our better tomorrow,” the union said, calling for supporting and helping each other in times of hardships.

The PSU further batted for standing in unity for “prosperity and strive harder to make our land a blessed and harmonious land.”
