Phek, July 22 (MExN): The Phek Town Council (PTC) today conducted a coordination meeting under the chairmanship of Shevohu Nienu, with all the CSOs of Phek Town and discussed various points.
All the CSOs have been requested to play their respective role to assist the PTC.
The CSO have been requested to give more importance to water and electricity problems in the town.
The meeting also strongly viewed on the need to maintain proper circular road and drainage system within the wards and the town.
Other areas discussed included; to focus on quality education in town, to visit all Governmental Offices and Educational Institution, to encourage the youths to preserve heritage and biodiversity, requested Phek Town Public Forum to organise Sukrenyi Festival and pass the traditional heritage to the coming young generation, to organise training and coaching centre in the town, to uplift women-vendors economically etc.
