Pughoboto, November 13 (MExN): The monthly Sub Divisional Planning and Development Board meeting was held under the chairmanship of MLA & SDPDB chairman, Pughoboto Y Vikheho Swu at the DB court hall, Pughoboto on November 13.
According to a DIPR report, MLA Y Vikheho Swu asked the EE (R&B) Pughoboto to maintain the roads and need to progress the roads with visibility. He directed the PWD to maintain the road from Kashanyu junction to Pughoboto town and Pughoboto to Mukalimi and other areas before Christmas. He further informed the department to clear the jungle on the roads side in Doyang (Tapu) areas in right season. MLA said that he will send JCB to Kichilimi to clear up the roads very soon.
SDAO Myanthung Patton who presented department activities through power point presentation delivered about Focus-IFAD, PMKISAN and other CSS programmes implemented by the department. He mentioned that efforts are being made to produce winter crops like pea, gram, broccoli, cabbage, etc through groups and individual farmers. CDPO Ghathashi, Chiro presented the activities of the social department. She said although pandemic is on programs were conducted in the sub division under Ghathashi ICDS project under Pughoboto Sub division. The project covers all 53 Anganwadi centers in all 24 villages and town.
