Tuensang, March 7 (MExN): A dedicatory programme for the newly constructed RCC bridge adjoining three colonies in Tuensang town was held on March 7.
The bridge connecting Supply Colony, Wontsuvung Khel and Mechanical Colony was dedicated in the presence of Old Medical (B) Sector Union Treasurer P Bashang Chang, a press release informed on Sunday.
On the occasion, P Bashang Chang said that the bridge was constructed through the inclusive efforts from all the stakeholders and appealed the masses to thank the public leaders of the colony who are tirelessly working for the welfare of the colony.
A dedicatory prayer was pronounced by Shihto, President of Wontsuvung Khel while other including GB Rechamong, Yimchunger Union Tuensang Town (YUTT) President Zhelo gave short speeches. The speakers expressed gratitude to P Bashang Chang for hearing the ‘hue and cry’ of the public and initiating the bridge construction.
