Apropos to the open letter addressed to the State Governor and the Chief Secretary that appeared in some local dailies on Friday, it is shocking to hear that some unscrupulous and conniving persons have attempted to tarnish the reputed image of one of the most dedicated bureaucrats of the state out of sheer frustration.
As it is known to one and all, the present Secretary of Veterinary & AH Department, Imkonglemba IAS is one of the most sincere and committed officers who have endeavored to enhance the overall works of the department to bring development to the people especially at the grassroots level.
Considering the amount of developmental and resourceful works that he has done for the people, he is appreciated not only in the state but even by the top bureaucrats at Delhi as well. Was it not Imkonglemba who was requested to be reinstated back to its Department again because of his outstanding works done for the Department concerned when he was transferred to different department in the last reshuffle of officers?
Imkonglemba works hard and he wants his staff to work hard along with him in the office as well as in fieldwork. We need committed government officers like him to bring development in the state.
