Apropos to the letter ‘politics of tribalism?’ written by one A Chang Olivo California USA which appeared in the Morung Express on 11th March 2006, directly lampooning my personal career obviously written by a black sheep with most backward psyche living in a most advanced country without a change of her mindset. I am reluctant to give this rejoinder once and for all.
As stated in my earlier rejoinder, it is inevitable paraphernalia for the government servants involving in the state politics and transfer/posting of govt. servant like Mr. P. Yanger is vindicated and justifiable.
I am not against any tribal marriage(s) nor after anyone’s citizenship but truth shall always triumph. Anyway, I am happy to learn that P. Yanger Ao is now P. Yanger Chang who took citizenship just a year ago or so. We shall endeavor together for a common cause as Chang community. Keep it up.
Regarding about “Tuensang still behind”, the writer should know that the people of Tuensang are witnessing tremendous developments and credible changes within a short span of years in the DAN govt. few glaring examples are:
1. Up-gradation of Civil Hospital.
2. Improvement/up-gradation of Town roads.
3. Re-cognization of Science stream at Sao Chang College.
4. Construction of Science stream rooms, hall, laboratory etc.
5. Completion of Town Hall and many other general developments.
One should ruminate the saying “Rome was not build in a day.”
Lastly, I remind the writer, if she has forgotten the NBCCs determination to send 10,000 missionaries from Nagaland. A theologian after completion of his/her studies should come back to the backward area like ours to preach and teach what one have learnt instead of going abroad and live complacently and sumptuously.
As for me, I am dedicated to the people and so I shall work for the betterment and up-liftment for my Tuensang people. All are welcome with good suggestions and encouragements. “Barking dogs bark, yet Caravan go on.”

MLA and Parliamentary Secy.
