Rijiju to attend Nagaland cabinet meeting in Kiphire

Union minister of state for Home, Kiren Rijiju will be attending the Nagaland cabinet meeting scheduled to be held on November 9 in Kiphire.  

As part of its endeavor to take governance and administration to all the corners of the state, the PDA government had resolved to hold cabinet meetings in different district head quarters.  

In this connection, the Kiphire district administration convened a co-ordination meeting with the departmental heads and stakeholders on Thursday. ADC Kiphire, Reny Wilfred, who chaired the meeting, asked the department heads who are not in station to be in station by October 29 and to come prepared for the meeting.  

The ADC informed that officers will be allowed to leave the station only with the permission of the district administration. He also asked the respective department to take care of accommodation for their respective directors and secretaries.  

The ADC also asked the departments to submit the name list of local officers to the district administration so that they will be attached to the respective directors and secretaries.
