Kohima, October 15 (MExN): The Regional Transport Officer, Kohima has informed that mandatory precautionary COVID-19 test of all the staff members will be carried out on October 17. Therefore, S Yaongsanglee Chang, RTO, Kohima in a press release has notified all the public transaction for registration of vehicles and issuance of driving license will remain suspended till further notice.
