Kohima, February 12 (MExN): The 71st annual general conference of the Southern Angami Students' Union (SASU) will be held on February 13, 10:00 am at Kezoma Village Panchayat Hall under the theme 'Ameliorate'.
Kevithuto Sophie, IPS, Senior Superintendent of Police, Kohima will be attending as the Inaugural Speaker and Dr Kekhrieseno Christina, Assistant Professor, HoD, Sociology Department, Kohima College as the Academic Speaker. The union in a press release has requested the delegates to reach the venue by 9:00 am.
Induction and oath taking of new office bearers will be commended on the same day. In this regard, intending candidates for SASU officials 2021-2023 session may file nomination before 12:30 pm on the conference day, the union added.
