Dimapur, June 3 (MExN): The Satakha Range Students Union (SRSU) has sought justice on the matter of release of alleged child molester on the medical ground. The Union expressed utter displeasure over granting of bail to the accused person who was arrested under Section 376 R/W Section 16 of the POSCO Act over alleged molestation of the minor. The Union questioned the “sanctity and integrity of the court” in consideration the bail application of the accused and failing to realize the gravity and sensitivity of the case involving a 4 year old. “Furthermore, as the case is under investigation and as per the record the charge-sheet has not been submitted yet, and does there are high chances for inducement threat, in the investigation process and temperament of evidence in the instant case,” it stated.
