DIMAPUR, AUGUST 27 (MExN): A schoolboy drowned at the Dhansiri River near Singirjan on Saturday, August 27. According to report received, the boy whose identity could not be established, went picnicking by the riverside today alongwith some of his friends. He was said to be a class 12 student of a reputed school in Dimapur and a resident of Diphupar B village, Dimapur. Diphupar Police station said that efforts to retrieve the body remained unsuccessful till evening.
