Phor, October 25 (MExN): Security forces in an operation along with Police representative apprehended four cadres of GPRN/NSCN near Phor village in Phek district on October 23, an official release informed on Sunday.
Based on specific input, the security forces launched an operation and apprehended the individuals from the area, a press release from HQ IGAR (N) said on Sunday.
“It is suspected the cadres were planning cross Indo-Myanmar border via Laluri village and further link up with NSCN (K-Nikki) faction,” it added.
The apprehended individuals have been handed over to Meluri Police Station for further investigations, it said.
