Peren, October 31 (MExN): Security forces reported the arrest of an ‘arms dealer’ in an operation along with Police representative near Henikungalwa in Peren district on October 30. Based on specific input, the security forces launched an operation and apprehended the arms dealer from the area, a press release from HQ IGAR (N) informed. The troops reportedly recovered one .22mm rifle with magazine and 13 live rounds of ammunition from the possession of the individual. The apprehended person along with recovered items was handed over to Jalukie Police Station for further investigations, it added.
