Should the Nagaland government introduce the Smart Attendance Management and Informative Leaves (SMILE) App in all government departments? Give reasons

Yes: 
•    Because the attendance of officers and staff is poor in Offices. Some employees hardly attend their office once a month. This SMILE app should apply to all the offices.
•    All government employees were the same. They all work to get pay. Every departments must give SMILE App. They all work hard to get the job they have today. This shouldn't be a problem thats my opinion.
•    Same yardsticks being the public service holders.
•    To check irresponsible staff. Who always tends to forget their job responsibilities.
•    Yes. Attendance has been a issue responsible for lack of professionalism in the working spaces in Nagaland. So by introducing the SMILE App in all government departments, it should improve in managing attendance of employees.
•    Yes. If the Nagaland government employees were sincere in discharging their duties, including attending offices on time, then the SMILE app will not be required. But, we all know there is no respect towards work. Like small children, the government employees should be reminded of their duty to attend work on time and leave on time as well.
•    Yes for effective governance.
•    Yes, the Nagaland government should introduce the Smart Attendance Management and Informative Leaves (SMILE) App across all government departments. Ensuring that employees across all sectors fulfill their responsibilities effectively is crucial for improving various aspects of public welfare. The implementation of this app would significantly reduce the practice of proxy attendance, thereby If the app is to monitor and employee's attendance then why only the education department is targeted,there are many other government departments where the employees do not perform their duty therefore it should be implemented across all departments.
•    Promoting transparency and accountability in the workplace.
•    Ensure value (service) for money (salary ) paid.
•    Mandatory attendance for all working days seem to be the only way to improve the efficiency of the functioning of departments. And if government is serious about no work no pay then introduction of the app is needed.
•    As with all other department it will serve the purpose of reducing their kushi/mushi personal leave.
•    To effectively monitor its employees attendance in office
•    All government employees should be measured with the same yardstick.

•    Yes! Not only in educational institutions also need to implement in all the government department.

•    Yes. If it can be streamlined across all departments, it can potentially eradicate the problem of "ghost employees".
•    Yes. If the adults can’t follow a professional set of standards, then the govt would be losing face to be implementing it in schools /colleges in the first place.

•    All the other departments should also follow the same yardstick as obliged from Education department. Introducing the app may some advantages, but the disadvantages are more.
•    Where is the work culture in Nagaland. Nagas are so proud of saying they are hardworking, honest and sincere in their work. Maybe their forefathers were, but not the present crop of Nagas. Today's Nagas are corrupt, selfish and have not self-respect. They have lost their identity. It is time for retrospection. 
•    Rather focus on quality teaching and effective teaching skills
•    Let them fix the app first
•    Inorder to streamline in all Departments and especially in School Education Department, the Government should first streamline the category of employees in the State. Whereas some employees enjoy the privilege of higher salary with so called regular employees and some enjoy a fixed pay salary with so called Adhoc, Fixed pay category. And that category should not be put with same nature of duties as a Government servants.
•    It should be focused only for the regular employees.
•    For implementing this SMILE App the other development sanctions will be looted if it continues. Therefore it's better to do if App is upgraded if not for name sake just leave as it is.
•    If there is no productive work what is the point of having regular attendance.
