Dimapur, March 5 (MExN): The Shiva Mandir Committee, Singrijan has informed that no stalls, shops, Bhandaras, entertainment programmes, mela, etc., would be allowed inside or outside the mandir area during the Maha Shiva Ratri Utsav on March 11.
Informing this in a press release on Friday, committee secretary Purna Thapa informed that only Shiva Darshan would be allowed, with full adherence of COVID-19 SOPs issued by the Dimapur Deputy Commissioner.
