The Slow Loris after it was released into the wild.

TUENSANG, OCTOBER 31 (MExN): A slow loris found inside the campus of Christ King School, Tuensang Town was safely rescued and released into the wild on October 30 by a joint team of the Forest Department and Police Department under Tuensang District.
The health condition of the slow loris is also said to been normal without any injury before the rescue and release mission, informed a press release from Samom Khelen Singh (IFS), Divisional Forest Officer, Tuensang Forest Division.
He thanked the school authority and Police Department for assisting the Forest Department in saving the wild animal. Slow loris is nocturnal and arboreal species whose primary diet consists of fruits and insects. It is also seed disperser and pollinator.
