Imosong Imsong while talking on the theme said, “We are living in a global village, in a digital world where people are going to the moon and where one can carry the world in our pocket and one can do many things with just one finger.” He said that there are many degree holders without knowledge making it very difficult to get a job.

He added that there are too many government servants in Nagaland and that only few can secure a white-collar job. However, he said that skill and technical jobs are plenty and if one knows one’s capacity one can turn to skills and training.
