
Dimapur, July 4 (MExN): All illegal structures, buildings, boundary walls etc within the perimeter of 20 fts from the middle of the road along the stretch of Khuova road as already demarcated on June 13 should be removed/dismantled within one month from the date of issue of this notice (on or before August 7, 2011) without fail. In case of failure to comply with the directive, the competent authority will be compelled to take its own course of action as per provision of law, stated a press release issued by CTC chief advisor Thepfulhoutue Shuya.
The decision arrived at the joint consultative meeting held on June 8 of Chumukedima Town Council, Chumukedima Village Council, Tenyiphe I & II Village Councils, Virazouma Village Council, Chumukedima Town Gaon Buras and land owners and where land reservation provision for Khuova Road widening and improvement gas been discussed and decided. The decision was made reiterating the resolution passed in 1974. “This resolution has been unanimously passed in the interest and welfare of the public,” the release further added.
