Suruhuto, October 9 (MExN): A meeting convened in Suruhuto sub-division witnessed the presence of MLA, Toiho S Yepthomi, representing the 33 A/C on October 7. The meeting aimed to address various vital aspects for the welfare of the general public in the region, a DIPR report stated.
Addressing the district heads of different departments, MLA Yepthomi stresses importance of their commitment to their assigned duties, emphasising their role in elevating Suruhuto as a better Sub-division within Zunheboto district.
In addition to his call for dedication, MLA Yepthomi acknowledged the grievances raised by various departments regarding the need for improved facilities and office infrastructure. He assured them of his commitment to taking these concerns up with the government for resolution.
The meeting, chaired by Trongdiba Sangtam, SDO(C) Suruhuto, saw the participation of several other key stakeholders, including the Suruhuto Area GB Association, Sumi Totimi Loka Suruhuto, Suruhuto Range Students Union, as well as public leaders and government officials.
This gathering serves as a crucial step towards addressing the pressing issues in Suruhuto Sub-Division, with the collective determination to enhance the quality of life for its residents.
