Nagaland Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio today made a clarion call to the people to stay united and take Christmas season as an opportune time to secure a peaceful and healthy society.

Sharing greetings at the golden jubilee celebration of Botsa Baptist Church at Botsa under Kohima district, Rio urged upon the people to take Christmas season and the golden jubilee platform to forgive one another for the past misdeed, (if any) and live in peace with each other.

He further called upon the people to work in unison for Naga political solution.

Expressing deep concern over the prevailing dismal trends of disunity and division in the Naga society, Rio stressed on the need listen one another, sort out the differences and work together for common good.

If things are not in order within ourselves, “we will be defeated,” he cautioned.
