Dimapur, August 27 (MExN): The Democratic Alliance of Nagaland (DAN) government welcomes the resolutions passed in the Lok Sabha and the Rajya Sabha tonight on the Lokpal Bill and has assured all ‘cooperation to all efforts and initiatives that would promote transparency.’ Media official of the DAN Abu Metha informed of the Alliance’s reception to the Parliamentary resolution. The DAN appreciates the pain and the efforts taken by ‘Team Anna’ (Hazare) in bringing about the resolution to fight corruption and promote transparency, Metha said over phone. The DAN also requested Anna Hazare to break his fast in the interest of his health. ‘We assure all cooperation to all efforts and initiatives that would ensure transparency,’ the government said.
