Peren, September 19 (MExN): Tening Namsan Baptist Fellowship building under Peren district was “dedicated to God” at Tening Namsan on September 18.
Rev Kitanwi Chawang, Executive Secretary, Liangmai Baptist Association (LBA) ministered and dedicated the new Church building in the presence of Tening Village Baptist Church pastor, associate pastor and elders.
The Reverend in his dedicatory speech said, “God has allowed Tening Namsan (New Village) that very place to occupied and use for the special purpose of God and the place is set aside as a house of God for worship and for nurturing for those in need of spiritual food.”
He also stated that “the place is dedicated to share the word of God where Christian lives shall be developed towards spiritual maturity through Christian fellowship and the place so called Namsan fellowship will be a place of God dwelling place.”
A press release from Rutmakbo, Media Cell, Tening Namsan (New Village) stated that administration including Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC), Tening Rhosietho Ngouri and Achakbo Newmai Senior Superintendent Engineer Agri and officials from different departments also attended the dedication programme.
