DIMAPUR, DECEMBER 11 (MExN): The Department of Power has announced that the newly constructed 33 kV Sub-Transmission line will undergo test charging on December 16. This line spans key areas including Agri Ward, PPC Ward, Bahok Ward, Hukphang Village, and Pongo Village in Longleng district.
Following the test, the line will remain in an idle charged state. Residents and the general public have been strongly advised to avoid touching or approaching the new 33 kV Sub-Transmission line to ensure safety.
The Department of Power has issued a warning that any disregard for this advisory will be at the person's own risk. The department has further clarified that it will not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages arising from non-compliance with this safety measure.
