Dimapur, May 2 (MExN): Tetso College, Sovima in collaboration with the Department of English at Nagaland University, organised an exposure trip for its students to the Meriema Campus on May 2.
The event, spearheaded by Professor Nigamananda Das, Head of English Department, NU witnessed participation from students and faculty members alike. Two sessions were conducted, each moderated by faculty members. Dr Alik Roy and Dr Putchong Thai, Assistant Professors from Tetso College, led the sessions.
The introductory sessions were delivered by Chibeni Merry and Dr Rosy Tep, Assistant Professors at Tetso College. Both students and faculty members from NU and Tetso College showcased their intellectual prowess through paper presentations, enriching the discourse with diverse perspectives and scholarly insights.
Dr R Vasanthan, Associate Professor at Department of English, NE and Prof Nigamananda Das, Head of English Department, delivered closing remarks, emphasising the importance of such collaborative initiatives in nurturing academic excellence and fostering intellectual growth.
